  • I have a G. Rosea, and I want to know. When should I take out the shed skin? After its flipped itself back over, or should I wait even more? Like you said, stress can make things end poorly, and I'm still a newbie at T. keeping. :)
  • I'd like your opinion since you definitely know your stuff. I have a G. Rosea which is my first T. I've been looking into what to get next. I was considering a B. Smithi but the urticating hairs itch the hell out of me on the very rare occasion my Rosy kicks. I watched your recommendation video and was wondering if you think a curly hair would be a good choice? They don't seem to kick much
  • Isn't that lasiodora Ts enclosure too small?
  • Why wash your hands
  • My B. Boehmei is molting right now.. It's the 2nd molt since I've had her.. I feel like a nervous parent cheering from the sidelines.. Your vid is great! I love Scarlett she is so fantastic :-)
  • Hey very awesome video. What website do you get your tarantulas from? I'm searching for a good site. A lot of people said not to order from backwater reptiles.
  • she is one beautiful spider
  • 6 in is the max size they get right? And when u mean 6 in it is the legspan right? Does that mean from one leg to another it is 6 in?
  • How often does it molt? More often when young?
  • I bought my first T about a month ago (she's a rose hair), How would you say is the temperment of the Red knee when being handled? Docile, bipolar, or aggressive.
  • Is she making that hissing noise?
  • Uuuuhhhh so disturbing!!! But interesting either way.

  • Confession: I didn't actually know what was happening until about 8 minutes. I was just interested regardless LOL.
  • Nice vid! I like all your vids
  • Jon, I think your videos are improving in production and informative quality. I've been watching your videos since 2011, and have seen some of your older videos as well. Congratulations on Scarlet's molt. Beautiful video.
  • I started collecting 18 years ago. Yes, I was living with them and I still am. I did my research and read books and told them that they're not deadly. So I started collecting the slower moving docile species, then gradually worked my way to the large and defensive species. My parents tolerate my collection as long as I respect my cap of 120-130.
  • I can't wait for my B. smithi to molt! I've been waiting for 9 months!
  • about 1.5-2 years
  • one of them. My favourite is P.bara
