  • That spider must be thinking "I've been running MILES today! I've gotten so much done!"Still on the same hand. :P
  • I've been raising, and breeding tarantula's for about 7 years now. I absolutely love them!
  • 1st time i got interested watching shannon wild. Im just a big fan of tarantulas. i love that A. Junodi.
  • i had a slight fear of spiders. i just got a brazilian black tarantula spiderling to help overcome my fear. i must say, iys not easy overcoming your fear but when you live with your fear, you start to get over it. my fear became something i truly care about
  • I fucking hate spiders yo, brushed a web yesterday and I couldn't breathe. I've been trying to get over my fear but I cannot, anyone have any tips besides this?

  • Great episode!I'm totally afraid of hornets, wasps and pretty much every type of flying, stinging insects. I hate them.
  • Cool vid :). A tad bit boring with the Arachnophobia stuff but I guess it looks that way to me 'cos I have no fear of any animal. Especially the field part was very cool.
  • great episode thank you
  • I'll freehand an adult anaconda or adult retic, or even a feisty ETB, but I refuse to watch this video because I don't do spiders and I never will. I respect them because it's a life and deserves equality, but that's the extent. But I had to at least come here and throw a comment and a like and give a view because her last video had some extremely amazing shots and I support REAL conservation. So thanks for the upload even though I'm too much of a pussy to watch it!
  • i would love to take care of a tarantula but i'm scared about it's shed. (i'm scared of plastic/rubber spiders)
  • Spiders!
  • I have a massive fear of heights
  • Loved how this was done... THAT is how you help people overcome their irrational fears of animals... you take your time, you let the people trust you and you don't do anything to lose their trust. She was terrified, but trusted the people that were with her. The end result was great! You can't help someone by throwing a spider or snake in their face. Would have been boring to watch the WHOLE thing, but I like the fact that the whole process took like an hour - that is already fast enough.. some could not hold a spider in such a short period of time :)
  • Wonderful :)
  • my only fear is never getting to marry you or your friend!
  • Fantastic snow :) love the golden baboon . My fav is the orange baboon tho lol. .........cmon brian. And peter get some spiders held lol
  • one time i watched a short documentary about a guy who trains spiders for photo shoots and for movies. he could get them in a specific position that is ideal for the picture (like two of the front legs resting on that luxury watch), and then the spider would just hold that position for half an hour. spider trainer must be one of the most unique jobs on the planet. they are actually smart enough to be conditioned. but getting a spider trained so that you can position all the legs individually and then the spider holds that position just seems like an impossible task to me.
  • I have globophobia... Not a fear of the things themselves, just what people will do with them.
  • 3rd to comment woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
  • Awesome!! :D <3
  • Failure I'm afraid to fail my father or disappoint them
  • Giant isopod creeped out like crazy!!!!
  • Afraid of wasp and hornets, I'm out when I see one.
  • Talk about getting over your fears...
  • At the end while collecting the wild ones, someone filled a burrow with expanding foam. Why is that? Just marking it? Closing it off? Or is it to find the structure and replicate it?
  • i love all animals except snails and slugs they just get to me i like freak out , feel incredibly sick and all that
  • I want to work at the zoo or a pet store and I love snakes. But tarantulas I need some work on, I know I will have to work with tarantulas but this video really made me feel better! Thanks!!!! :D

  • Pffffft Trust Me Iv Had Alot Of Bad baboons They Have A Bad Wrap Though I Have Quite A Few Docile On that Hand.
  • Mortality is my only true fear. Is there a phobia for that?
  • cockroaches.... I'm aftaid of cockroaches. I can hold scorpions, spiders, centipieds, practically amything except cockroaches LOL
  • I used to be afraid of spiders. I overcame it by allowing this one spider I found in my bathroom to stay there, and just watching him for a while. From there, I graduated to watching other spiders in natural settings or as pets in cages, just watching them and trying to understand their behaviors. From there, I did research started learning about different species, and learned everything I could about them. I found that the more educated I was about them, the less scary they seemed.
  • That was f*cking awesome! I love spiders, great job Shannon! Tell Bryan to cut his hair :P
  • What song is at the start? Please tell me. Please
  • I get so offended and defensive over my reptiles...lol but when people pull out the spiders I sound just like the people that don't like my snakes. I can relate to both the people freaked out and the people who want the animals they loved to at least be given a chance.....but with that said fuck spiders lol.
  • I think that poor spider walked about 10 miles while you were holding it! haha beautiful creature! :) I've had king baboons and starburst baboons - no way would you handle those like that! lol
  • I was worse than that girl about 5 years ago, then I got one, now I have 130 :)Tarantulas are truly amazing!! :D
  • Very docile, chilled out Spider, she's extremely cute crawling & exploring. Now I want one.
  • So cool :)
  • I have an amazingorgeousbeautifullwomanphobia! Could you please come to Greece and help me?
  • I still consider myself to be arachnophobic, however, the past few months, I've adopted a female jumping spider from my back porch. I've named her Prima... and now I'm totally in love with her. I've held her many time. The only problem is convincing her to return to her cage. She seems to really like me (or at least my warmth). She's sat on my hand/finger/wrist/ etc for more than an hour... just chillin' and grooming herself. I also have a few of her babies that I will feed until the spring comes.... and then I'll release them on the back porch. Prima seems much older. She much slower than the rest, so I'll keep her and let her have a "cushy," pampered, predator-free old-age. I have pictures at http://instagram.com/ssssnakelady However, most other non-jumping spiders.... well, I no longer run away screaming... unless one gets on me. I definitely don't kill them! I've worked on my fear for more than 10 years (I decided to do so since I tell folks that fear of snakes is irrational. I know fear of most spiders is also irrational).
