I have one living in my yard in Pennsylvania. Beautiful large web. I don't bother him. And glad to know he is not dangerous. He is like a light brown or tan, with a yellow mark on his abdomen. Spins a very strong web, that still stands, even after heavy wind and rain.
I like these guys. I pretty much free handle them. I never had a bite. I don't know why, but I like these more than tarantulas. They are kinda' neat.
