@mrdylanmagic your not stupid your learning arnt u anyway it all depends where u live and i dont know much about other peoples local laws i would say that it is legal just because they are almost the same i would reather be bit by a vine snake though

@johnreptiles1012 ya i need to get more arachnids but crocs and gators are the main thing i am studying right now
@venomman20 Yea ive kept hots for 2 years and i just got over my fear of holding spiders about a month ago

Ok thanks and how much is a gator moving and have alot of land to work with
sometimes thats the case but others they are trying to see what that is inside there cage they use there toungs all the time not only when they are hungry that is how they smell
@mrdylanmagic mine eat mice some can be a pain to get to feed but others like the pic of the one i have on my page are easy as all get out

@venomman20 yeah i was just at repticon down in tampa and i was thinking about getting one but i dont want to feed them lizards but i was holding one and it chompped me on the finger nothing happened though do the m snakes eat mice and rats or something else???
@venomman20 but just because they are both rear fanged snakes dont mean the laws are the same for instance the boomslang is no snake to play around with i know people that have died from the bite and they are illegal in alot of places but it is hard to say sorry i dont have a good answer
@moocw7889 nope it is a differant one and you dont have to have crazy animals to be good or anything like that in my oppion a panther chameleon is just as cool as a spec cobra both are amazing animals and deserve respect
hi ive looked everywhere and cant get a good answer to wat is the toxicity of mangrove snakes like hognose r venomous but people of any age can keep them im only 13 and would like a very pretty display animal besides gtps and other lizards so ive been considering mangroves would b handling it next to never
normally you can easily handle mangroves at daytime they´re mostly agressive during the night ;)
@mrdylanmagic yes its the best place to get them and they are awesome snakes just dont handle like i do especially at night

@johnreptiles1012 ya they aint bad but alot of beginers have troble finding red knees pink toes are another great one though but ya i love red knees i have been thinking on getting one

when they bite you just for short you will probably don´t have envenomation...but when they chew on your arm or leg while biting you can get some seriuos effects like a painfull swollen arm or little necrosis..but it can get up to some systemic problems (breathing etc.) but this ist he worst case i think. when your allergic to the venom it is more dangerous. You shouldnt buy one cause they can get really agressive they arent all good tempered
@venomman20 id say deffinantally get one.back when i lived in ny there was a guy who sold reps and t's i can try and find the card of the name of there company but they had a huge selction of t's and for awsome prices

if you ask me ethier pink toe's or mexican red knees are probably the best beginer t's ive kept both and there super friendly and i had a rose hair and she was very moody ethier she was nice or she was hissing.

is the picture in ur channel background the mangrove snake in this vid? if it is its very beautiful. i subbed by the way, i enjoy ur vids, im into reptiles an herpetology, but i never really had any extreme pets like u, i had whites tree frogs, sambava panther chameleon, an a beardy, thats bout it.
I love Mangrove snakes. They have such pretty colours.
