It's weird. When spiders get this big they no longer scare me because they're SO fucking big that they're like a small dog instead of a huge spider.

I hate all the people here saying "Kill it/shoot it/step on it" etc. how about I shoot, kill, or step on your dog or cat? For some people, tarantulas are the same as a dog or cat, and they care about them just as much. So many of you are ignorant and idiotic and childish. T's are beautiful, amazing, and interesting. So if you don't like them fine, but at least respect it like any other fucking animal.

I have seen many of these type Tarantulas, but NEVER one SO BIG AND Beautifully well taken care of, healthy, and just-PERFECT!

I'll never understand why anyone would want a spider for a pet. No offense intended. If some people find them fascinating, OK, I get that. But I wouldn't want to keep something in the house that would freak me out if it ever got out of its cage (snakes, spiders, and the like.) When I was in high school I had a biology teacher who kept a pet scorpion in the classroom. I hated it. Especially when one of the guys thought it would be funny to grab its cage and stick it under my face during lab. Btw, excellent point made by Hotshot777.

You've got quite a piece of binomial nomenclature there, i'm sure there are examples of this genus/species that are beyond the general dinner plate size that goliaths reach. Giant Wandering and Goliath arachna-monsters deep in the jungle that are too shy/deadly to have been documented.
