  • what song is this, im loving it.
  • @shabrina360 Hey! The song is called "I Want You" by the Avila Brothers
  • Great question. It's for all hair types. And yes, you can keep getting relaxers with the treatment.
  • Thanks for your response. So passionate!!! There is no such thing as "black" hair. Kinky hair knows no color lines. Unfortunately, in all things we do in life we are faced with chemicals, carcinogens, and etc. This product is not a chemical which is why its an awesome option for people who want the freedom of easy hair, but don't want the permanent results.
  • for the after result was her hair straightened?
  • how long does it last
  • I am natural(never had a perm) and I just have a few questions. If it is humid outside would my hair become frizzy as if it were a regular straightening? How often should you get the treatment? Would your hair revert back to its natural curl pattern afterwards? Being natural, is a brazilian blowout the best/safe choice for straight hair?
  • This is an option if you're going natural, but you'll want to research the best product with your stylist. Trim your hair as it grows out to cut off the relaxed hair as you go natural.
  • @Flipflopp44 Yes for the final look her hair was flat ironed.
  • Yes, but I did style as normal after doing the treatment, which included blowdry and flat iron.
  • she has a wonderful head of hair she looks so much younger in the after picture but why didnt you show the process and how long does it last?
  • Thanks so much. I chose not to show the process as to hold something special for my personal touch. The treatment usually lasts between 10-12 weeks.
  • Sorry for my ultra delayed response... This treatment has the benefits of a relaxer, without the permanent effects.
  • @901mtwnshawty the "Brazilian Blowout" is a brand of keratin treatments. I prefer Cadiveu. The differences are the results they produce on my clients.
  • thanks for your question and i sincerely apologize for the delayed response. The Keratin is a smoothing treatment which will help smooth out frizz and make the hair more manageable. It's not a permanent service so it wont reduce all the kink. You honestly would have to try and judge for yourself. It's hard for me to give an accurate response without a personal consult.
  • Are you in the LA area? If so, visit my website to book an appointment...crissyj dot com!
  • I have a question, I have been transitioning from permed to natural for a year and 2 months, if i do a brazilian blowout will my hair go back to its natural state after, like completely??
  • Didi she had relaxed hair?
  • Hi, does getting a keratin treatment or a brazilian blow out only work on natural black hair? For example I have a relaxer and was wondering if I could get one ( a Brazilian blow out or keratin treatment).
  • nice
  • ARE YOU IN LA ? IM LOOKING FOR A STYLIST TO DO THIS ASAP!?
  • @JesykahMaree Thanks so much! The song is "I Want You" by the Avila Brothers
  • @lunch10932 if you get the treatment, and done correctly, you should not experience any frizz. The treatment lasts between 10-12 weeks and your hair should revert back to its natural curl pattern. The Brazilian keratin treatment is good for all hair textures. I no longer use Brazilian Blowout Product. Check out my latest Q & A on Keratin video. Hope this helps.
  • if you wet your hair, will it still have the same result?
  • not all brazilian blowouts contain formaldehyde
  • heat damage prone.
  • @mswhattheblush thanx!! i really like this tune
  • @rairules10 This really depends on how the treatment is applied and how you normally wear your hair. For a more sleek look, like flat iron and curled, if the hair gets wet, it won't curl back up the same way as before the treatment. Look for my latest video, where you'll see the "before" treatment shampoo and "after" treatment shampoo...
  • What exactly is BLACK hair as all people with brown skin do not have the same type of hair. Furthermore this product is a CHEMICAL filled with ACIDS and carcinogens that are causing it NOT to meet US government approval. THIS IS A CHEMICAL. It contains Formaldehyde which IS a chemical compound that contains possible carcinogens. DANGER DANGER DANGER!!!
  • @PrettyDanceDiiva This song is by the Avila Brothers. It's called "I want you" I'm not sure about at-home keratin treatments. I don't recommend them as they cost you more in the long run. Find a professional in your area to have it done. If you're in LA, send me a message!
  • That's one thing I love about Keratin Treatments is that you can go to the gym right after having the treatment...depends on which treatment your stylist uses though. :)
  • I workout a lot and I love this but i know nothing about it, I have relaxer in my hair, i heard that it will be good while i work out. I really do not want to go natural but i just want to workout and still have nice hair. i have very thick nappy hair and when i work out it holds sweat and it is unmanageable, i am just lookin for a solution .. but i do love this it is amazing
  • @MamiYare thank you. Have you also seen the latest one with color treated hair?
  • No.
  • thanks for using the term black hair in your title. lol i doesnt make sense when black hair is called african american hair. other african descent people in the world have afro hair too. calling it black hair makes it universal.
  • that is just beautiful
  • now thats beautiful.most people think they know how to do a blow out like the girl on the video that washed the girl hair twice and blow dried twice and flat ironed twice and the end result came out lookin like she had gotten a regular wash and flat iron.kudos ms what the blush not every body knows there stuff.
  • Wow
  • Thanks for your response. I'd much rather use "ethnic" hair as there's no such thing as "black" hair. Kinky hair spans color lines.
  • Thanks for your question. I'm going to say no, only because the treatment does involve using heat, which can change the structure and texture of the hair. The only way hair will completely remain in its natural state is to use no heat, no chemicals, and no tension whatsoever. Check out my website for more info...crissyj.com
  • I'm in the Los Angeles area.
  • don't use it anymore! look up brazilian blowout recall. it is important that you look! It damages hair and there are chemicals involved. OSHA recognizes formaldehyde as a carcinogen. The FDA has received complaints of eye irritation, breathing problems and headaches associated with a product used to straighten hair.
  • Crissy, plz read: All 2+ month keratin blowout products are based on "chemical" softening no matter what the manufacturer says. It may be Formaldehyde, or some other aldehyde. Not all aldehydes are bad. But some chemical active must initiate cross-linking between the Keratin in the product and the Keratin in the hair. Your client thinks that she has a non-chemical treatment. This is the farthest thing from the truth. I'll explain more if you would like.
  • Thanks for your comment. This treatment involves flat ironing the hair. No different than a normal flat iron service I'd provide for my clients. But as a professional, I know how to maintain the integrity of my clients hair.
  • Hello, the relaxers permanently remove the curl/kink from your hair which makes it straight. The Keratin is a smoothing treatment which will help smooth out frizz and make the hair more manageable, reducing styling time. Especially with humidity. It's not a permanent service so it wont reduce all the kink. You can have them both at the same time. You honestly would have to try and judge for yourself. Hope this helps.
  • @13coyoteugly What city are you located in? You may need to Google Brazilian Keratin Treatments in your area to find a certified stylist. The treatment ranges between $250 - $350
  • Really wondering???????????? is this for natural or relaxed hair. and can you keep getting relaxers with this?
  • they cut off so much hair o_o
