  • Live your passion!
  • Anyone know the name of this song
  • Good vid and editing but didn't think the music was a good match for the action. No words and no so loud so we can hear some of what's going on at the tournament.
  • The music is too loud… distracts from the video… some music, but lower…Good luck sir!
  • The video is well shot and well put together. The only problem is the profanity in the background music. You can't have that in a promotional video.
  • Good video and editing maybe a different music will be better
  • What was the mission and purpose of the video? Who is your audience?Specifically what conclusion should they be drawing?(tip, content requires context - the feedback you have garnered here is pointless unless it has a framework which helps you test your assumptions)Good luck
  • I enjoyed the video. I would recommend music with no questionable content and no profanity as well though. Juijitsu has nothing to do do with getting high after all.
  • Nice!!!
  • Awesome editing and great footage of the competition. Love the quality and keep it up!
  • I am a black belt in Japanese Jiu Jitsu, but i am familiar with BJJ which is on the mat.Wery good video.I enjoyed watching it.
  • It is a well made video the music was awesome and i really enjoyed watching it , besides i find bjj a beautiful combat sport.
  • Nice job
  • good video bro, well shot, the music plays well with the flow, but maybe the lyrics were a little to distracting. A plus on the highlight effects
  • what song is this??
  • song?
  • Cool style for the video. I only wish it was full fights and not just a highlights.
  • Very good editing, congrats!
  • Hey, happy new year to you!In reply to your email, the colors are very good, the athletes are impressive and the coverage seems complete (although I wasnt there). I have two remarks = 1) You should definitely not move/zoom the camera during the action, this makes it hard for the viewer. Instead you could have two cameras, one setup on on a tripod to shoot the whole thing by itself and the other one in hand, to zoom into faces or other detailes. 2) When the titles appear, part of the video is blacked out. I dont see a reason to "delete" part of your valuable video area. E.g. you could instead freeze the video to a still when the names of the athletes appear then the video continues while the names fade out. This way you have two gains = a) you dont "delete" video area, and b) we have a lot of time to read his name and take a good look at him comfortably. Those are my constructive comments, I hope you do very well in your business, I appreciate people that are self employed in interesting things like this, take care, Dimitris.
  • Not bad. A little slow. I dig rap, but was so-so on the music. I think the sport is a little more dynamic. JMHO (since you asked)
  • I really like the photographic style of your videos. Your camera is freaking flawless. What camera are you using...if you don't me asking?
  • Nice editing with the video but I do agree with some of the comments about the music but other than that it was good.
  • Excellent use of the gi lapel at 1:50 to control the opponent.
  • one more thing, swearing R&B is kinda insulting fight video clips. in my personal opinion, I fight for greatness. not to pumping myself to become a bully. Therefore I don't enjoy swearing music, specially in any sport and training.
  • Good stuff. Keep up the good work.
  • Great music and polished edit. Perhaps some pre/post fight comments from the fighters will give it a more rounded finish. Keep up the good work
  • Dang, these are some darned good highlights. The video is also good.
  • Array
  • I love the video but I have to agree with most the music is a little loud but good footage
  • For viewers with no idea about jiu jitsu (like me) it seems there is very little action.
  • Great video, great fights and good Job!
  • Nice. . .smooth. .
  • Very nice. Thank you for posting.
  • Thank you for including me with the invitation to critique your work...- I think you did well with what was given to you. (The success of editing real, un-choreographed fights depends largely on the fights themselves)- Music is always a tough one (copyright, working with a band you know, etc), but it is important to find a piece that is not distracting, and reading the others' comments below, you might consider swapping out this particular song to test it out.You kept it under 3 minutes, didn't linger on scenes, introduced the fighters... I say job accomplished.
  • niceee
  • Nice Job. Pay attention to background music,
  • Good video, good editing, entertaining music in the background (not too overpowering, suitable for the action in the video). All in all, good job.
  • The video angles were good but I would get a mini-stand for the video camera to control the shaking. Good shot of brand awareness with Pe de Pano wearing the Lifted baseball cap. I'd also change the music as having any song with profanity even a little bit for promotions will deter some potential clients.
  • lose the music or turn it down
  • Very good bro thats good editing and footage i love it, keep up the good work
  • Could of showed more of the winner so that people could relate to him better.
  • Good editing job, I liked the freeze frame shots especially. I'd definitely prefer a better volume blend of music/ action so that we can hear the crowd. And as others have said, the obscenities only detract from the art. Overall, I'd say it's very good work.
  • As a promo it works, however I feel an instrumental track would focus attention on the action , I love the flow of the images.
  • Nice vid but too bad for the music...
  • Great!!!
  • I like it!
