and for future note would you recommend tarantula bristol?
I'm thinking about getting this T. at my local pet store. i got my avic avic there. the humidity was way too low for the avic avic. so i kinda like to think i saved her hehe.
I bought this tarantula today at a pet store in named Just Pets in Silver Creek New York it is a baby and from what I have learned about this tarantula it seems like a really cool creature.
What do you use for potting soil? I 'm having troubles finding any without fertilizer.
Just baught one of these a AF :)
Do they have pictures of the rare green form of A. seemani on google?
do have pokies have tibial hooks? especially regalis and formosa?
new feeding video!!!
That's actually good news.
Ya, those guinea pigs are not going to be on python's menu. -_-
its possible. however it depends on the species. some are severe than others.
yes I own one, 1'' sling and growing fast. Yes there will be a mythbuster video of one
I love my little one. I think it is cool that their underside is a lighter color. Nice ts to own. Great job! :)
I'm want to look at H.plaucidens, those flat rock types
When you picked her up, I thought wow what a docile T, but you soon shot that idea down, lol! Great video Jon:)
Maybe because the camera was on her, ya think? You're welcome Jon:)
I've mentioned at the end. the camel spider.
they likely have yes
I dont even like spiders but now watching this Im now interested. Im not good with them in person but on video their cool. Your cool as well =)
45 seconds into the video i turned it off while laughing
What t will be in ur next mythbuster vid??
Bad news Jon Davidsfarm is gone again once again his youtube that was Davidsfarmlives had been shut down i am not happy with they should had not done that what do you Think
John 1) Pokies: I'm sure you've saw glimpses of codedark2's MM P.regalis mating with my female last year and explained this in mythbuster video 23 where every pokie was covered....Pokies only have bulbous palps.. they do NOT have hooks. It applies to every single species. 2) It is probably fasting. 3) Sizes will vary from 3-4.5 inches. It would VERY obvious to spot a MM GBB at that size. They stick out like sore thumbs. MMs have the same features like the MM A.seemanni, hooks + palps
Thx Jon for the info and I am in the US so I get from kenthe bugguy good guy he is
ok but still i like your obt it is cool
Oh. My. God. She is SO adorable! <3
nope, not this year :(
I bought a spider from a pet shop it didn't have a scientific name, it just said bahian bird eating spider on the glass. It was the diameter of a quarter when I got it. It molted four or five times the first six months, and is now almost the diameter of a dinner plate. I know its not a goliath.
Looking foward to the next myth buster glad to see them back
I bit late to get them as my first, second or third specie. I just started with T's and started with 5 P. metallica, 5 P. rufilata and 6 P. pederseni.
Feeding: I feed ALL of them at the exact same day For moltings: I monitor them every 3-4 days and I make a youtube video
Am i the only one who has trouble keeping scorpions alive :/?
Nice vid jon
do avic avics have tibial hooks???
I know I hate it when youtube changes the layout...I remember way back then when everything was so simple
I hope you got some new eight legged friends for Christmas!
I heard Camel Spiders are not spiders or tarantulas they are just in the arachnid Category, What do you think?
Really nice informative video! Thanks Jon!
you're not alone. I have trouble
i got 15 free tarantulas from the only breeder in the NS and he is so nice he said i am his favorite customer!!!!!
Clay yes I am Canadian. I always get my Ts from T Canada but Bruce is pretty good.
After seeing your comment below, I decided to remove my comment on your video, and blocking you. A kid like you that makes fun of me doesn't deserve my help. Have a nice day.
These are Solifugids belonging in the Arachnids. They're not related to spiders or scorpions despite their common name camel spider or sun scorpion
john i really recommend that you get a more hardy species of scorpion like Pandinus sp or heterometerus sp .
my b. emilia hasn't eating for 6 months but its not in premolt are they fasting? according to their habitat like g.rosea's?
