I would totally do a forest scene with gnomes. Because gnomes are awesome! (Plus they have beards)

For the space terrariums, I would consider putting some tiny planet or star stickers. Or you could take some model paint (any paint that will stick to glass) and paint on the planets and stars. Maybe even put up some constellations!
I think a fantasy scene with a dragon and a little castle would be really cool.
