  • Damn my tarantula's were like 16-18 $ for two of them including - freebie sling. The pricing you gave is way to expensive
  • Not true $9-$100+
  • My tarantula was bought as a sling.
  • i got ming for $1
  • why is dis comment spam???????
  • a chalein rose hair? thats bullshit haha fuck pet stores online you can get a female one for 15-20 and one that was bred not caught which is always best
  • If you use Phoneutria sp. to learn, you could die. Phoneutria nirgiventer aren´tdifficult to raise, just to keep, because they are very fast, nervous and venomous.
  • @NIGHTFIRE6643 I've had a cobalt blue T (Haplopelma lividum) for 11 years, and it will never tame down. It's not a good choice for a beginner or if li'l bro will get into it. My CB once put a hole in a pencil eraser! It's beautiful and effective, but so is a gaboon viper and a rat trap. Yet, if secure in an enclosure, they're nice to look at. Unless you're experienced with tarantulas, own welder's gloves or are are into getting stung, I'd go with a rose-haired T. Take care my friend!
  • They are a good site indeed. When I ordered a Red Knee from them last October, they said they didn't have any in stock but they contacted me when Red Knees were available. Their service is excellent. I have purchased loads of stuff from them.
  • lol yeah maby in canada ?
  • Mexican Fire Knee's is protected now, legally you need to buy captive bred specimens.
  • petland sells them for $14.00
  • 1st. Not Sure looks like Mexican Red Rump 2nd. Close up of a Rose hair 3rd. Mexican Fire Knees
  • Man, your an idiot.
  • i think i might get a a red whats its called
  • @jordananthonyruiz - They have very poor vision, despite the eight eyes - two "main" eyes, and then 3 pairs around those. They see all around themselves, except a blind spot running down their back of, but with a small movement, they can see there, too. They have depth perception thru binocular vision and can see the motion of most anything around them. Thru compound eyes they can use any light available to detect movement. I hope this helped you! :) Take care! :).

  • This lady seems to have her heart in the right place, but... I strongly urge anyone here that is serious about keeping their pets to look at Jon3800's channel for more extensive knowledge on each species and their behavior and care sheets. He frequently discusses feeding habits, substrate, molting patterns, aggression, venom potency, etc.
  • @classiclistener01 I don't know man, I have an S.calceatum that's always in a bad mood
  • @Jon3800 yeah cobalts can be pretty nasty I know a guy who owns a pet store that sells only fish he had know idea what T to get for his first so he bought a cobalt blue because he like tha colour and boy did he regret it. he was so scared of the thing that he sold it but I think that there may be a nice one out there somewhere
  • do spiders see in black and white or in color
  • lol il make my tarantula facebook then he will be famous! :D
  • i think all tarantulas should be protected its better to buy captive bread anyways cause they hold up to humans a lot better (depending on species)
  • @takeonetheshow - Alright! I found the comment you replied to. I bought my little Son a rose-haired tarantula at a store in Agawam, Ma. called "Dave's Soda and Pet City." It (he) cost $15.63 on 10/3/09 and is doing as well as ever! Hope this helped! Take care! :)
