I found out that my king baboon is a fussy eater and will only take tiny crickets. every time i put the crickets in the tuperware they are gone the next day.

get yourself a nigerian hercules baboon spider, these big boys get up to 15 inches with a temper to match...hard to find them thou. Baboons are hands down the meanest of the tarantula family.....TAKE NO PRISONERS
heres a question. at the moment my king baboon is 2cm and I am keeping it in a small Tupperware. in 9 months time I am moving it into a larger container. Is it ok to use a larger Tupperware or should i use something else?

King Baboon's aggression is almost legendary. In Africa, these guys always have to cope with hungry mongooses/honey badgers/meerkats trying to ding em out and eat em. Not to mention the occasional lion, pocking em out in the open at night. So wouldn't be surprised why this particular species is specifically evolved to be very/super aggressive. XD LOL!!
I have a 2cm king baboon spiderling. I have had it since last Thursday and its very docile it shows no aggression towards me whatsoever. On the first day I held it for a period of 20 minutes i froze my hand and it sat completely still in the palm of my hand. I never provoke it and i give the spider the respect it deserves.
That's the devil incarnate...!!!! So I take it, I wont be seeing a handling video on the spider later on down the road...lol...!!! :*D
Unforuntuly King Baboon T's are known to be agressive. Quite impressive that despite only being a sling it's already showing signs of agression :P Still they are lovely t's to look at. Just don't provoke him, let him do his own thing and it should be fine.
i am having difficulties getting the right food for my king baboon spiderling. Before I got the spider it had been fed on pinhead crickets and I cant get them. I bought some grasshoppers from my local pets store and they were too big they were 1-1.5cm in length and my spider is 2cm. So I have asked for crickets that are 1cm or less. My king baboon has grown bigger despite the fact that it hasnt eaten for 2 weeks.
