  • I wonder if any of these expos would be in bc.
  • Jon, are you by chance an English-as-a-secondary-language Canadian? its nice to see the other side every once in a while
  • Did yo travel by plane?
  • Because of you and partly me Pam has now obtained something like 10 new T;s and is really getting into the hobby. I am still waiting for the perfect GBB. LOL Also convincing hubby that having a T in the house in an enclosure is not deadly. You are really getting people interested in this hobby! Like your new ones.
  • I got my turtle there and also saw you!Pause at 2:17 that is the turtle i got
  • When's the expo in Montreal?
  • What substrate do you use with burrowing desert species. I got 50 or more dollars worth of random scorpion to save some money and I got a three lined scorpion (Hottentotta trilineatus) and I read its a burrowing species. I was planning on getting Excavator Clay Substrate but I was wondering what would you use because your a very experienced arachnid keeper.
  • Hey saw you at the show though of course was too shy to say hi, got myself my first T, a grammostola pulchripes from t-can :) already ate a cricket for me so pretty happy with that :D.
  • Hey jon would a salmon pink be a good recomendation for intermediate tarantula handlers?
  • Keep up the great work!
  • Hey Jon, would you consider using apple cider vinegar mixed with water to spray the T enclosures?
  • I was there but i didn't saw you D:
  • Cool video jon :-) and some nice new additions. Your new pede I've had one of those before. When they get angry they shake there tail in the air it's quiet funny lol
  • Sir, are you gonna be substituting for any classes in sec 5 this week? 😜
  • +Jon3800 Just wondering when you're going to rehouse the six eye sand spider?
  • Awesome new additions and some very exciting breeding projects
  • Excellent video as usual. You finally got Megaphobema mesomelas. How are you going to call her (must be a epic name because it's such a great and rare to find tarantula)?
  • Hey Jon, just wanted to thank you for making all these videos man! Would've considered myself arachnophobic before I found your channel (though not as severe as some of my friends it would seem) but I just bought my first T this past wednesday (a thusfar unsexed A. Avic). It's been an absolute treat coming home from work and seeing what kind of "improvements" it's been making in the enclosure everyday. Started posting videos of it on my facebook and now I'm slowly watching the disgust of my family and friends become curiousity in turn. It's amazing how a little education can make them seem so much less frightening! So again, thank you very much! :-)
  • Hey Jon, just have a quick question if you could help. I recently purchased a G Rosea and put it in the enclosure I had set up. Right away she has ate well and has since burrowed. I know that this is uncommon and she has webbed the entrance up and is barricaded. Is ahe going to molt? The last t I had made a 'hammock' and molted atop it. Any insight would be moat appreciated. Thank you.
  • B.auratum is so beautiful! But my favourite tarantula is Pamphobeteus antinous~~
  • Jon if you youtube search "Costa Rican tarantula", you will find plenty of vids of people encountering the m.mesomelas in the wild. So the m.mesomelas isn't that really rare, I don't know why it's so expensive. Here is some vids.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eP3Q6__XwCMhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTBXOzA2iewhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBIqwCVFbQAhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxkKUP8FTdchttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KvhkeKby5HQ
