Not sure there is a NTSC (US) version, but you can buy a PAL (European) DVD on Amazon UK. Can't post the link here but search for the title on Amazon UK and you will see it. Hope that helps.
The master version we provided was region free, but cannot guarantee that the Sony factory that produced the DVDs didn't region lock it. We were only involved in the production of it, not the distribution I'm afraid. Maybe best to ask Amazon.
Yes, strange that. I mean the fact that the video title has the word "promo" in it wouldn't be a clue at all! And actually, the DVD itself is quite good.
